Senior Product Expert of Mini Excavator (Chief Engineer) Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing the market demand of mini excavators in Europe, America, and Australia, studying competitors and industry development trends, and redesigning or introducing differentiated hydraulic excavators for the local market. Carry out the overall scheme design, overall layout, whole machine calculation, etc., and establish APQP, FMEA, and other management systems and promote the implementation. Responsible for the development of the excavator team, leading the team to implement APQP, FMEA, and other product quality design tools, and establishing a collaborative development process based on risk analysis. Key Requirements:
Experience in overall product development, project management, or NPI management; familiarity with overall product planning, design, vehicle performance verification, development process reliability growth, risk control, APQP quality planning process; understanding of technical standards and trends of European and American mini excavators. Led the successful experience of at least one mini excavator project, with technical abilities including machine level, layout performance, configuration, matching, and calculation; good project management ability, communication, and coordination ability; able to deal with complex and sensitive problems. More than 10 years of experience in excavator development; deep understanding of products, systems, applications, and customers; able to solve problems of applicability improvement and product performance improvement in the process of product introduction into the market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
