Senior Procurement and Contract Administrator Justice and Attorney-General (Organisation site )

As the Senior Procurement and Contract Administrator, you will provide expert procurement advice and contract administration services across the Courts & Tribunals division, primarily for leveraged contracts that are high value and medium risk. You will also lead procurement planning for regional courthouse cleaning services.
• Provide high-quality and timely contract administration for the division's high value and medium risk contracts, including to monitor performance through formal review meetings with contract managers and suppliers.
• Lead procurement planning for regional courthouse cleaning services, including the development of significant procurement plans.
• Provide advice and structured support for routine sourcing activities undertaken by business areas, including contingent labour engagements.
• Provide expert advice on contract issues as required by business areas, including expert advice on extensions, renewals and variations, and the escalation of underperformance and complaints that cannot be resolved locally.
• Support the ongoing development of purchasing officer capability across the division and actively contribute to a community of practice for procurement delegates.
• Write / review complex reports, briefing notes, submissions, departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards as required.
• Mentor other CPCAU members to support a high performing and innovative team.
