We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our INPEX Operations Support team in Perth on a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities include: Act as the technical focal point for the Ichthys FPSO Process and Utility Systems. Collaborate with vendors and third-party contractors to address technical challenges and conduct studies. Support various internal teams, including Operations Projects, Phase 2, Shutdown, and Greenhouse Gas Reduction initiatives. Work closely with the Maintenance/Implementation teams to ensure work priorities are effectively managed. Ensure any deviations from performance standards are properly documented and handled through the MoC system. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced FPSO process engineers. Successful candidates will have: A degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or equivalent) required. Demonstrated experience in operations support within the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. Strong Process Safety knowledge. Experience as a strong user of Aspen Hysys (Steady State & Dynamics) as well as Osi Pi (highly desirable). A strong background in Process Safety. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
