Do work that makes a difference About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to be part of the CoreMod Program PMO team.Own and manage the CoreMod technical learning plan, including scheduling, logistics, and working with facilitators. Provide reports on technical training non-completion.Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience for CoreMod employees.Coordinate both the employee recognition process and wellbeing programs for CoreMod.Oversee planning and logistics for employee engagement events like offsites, planning days, and team celebrations.Liaise with Engagement and Readiness stream to create training communications, via SharePoint and newsletters. About you Strong PMO all-rounder expertise in large programs.Proven experience in scheduling and facilitating events.Demonstrates a strong passion for attention to detail and upholding governance standards.Able to identify stakeholders, develop appropriate plans and complete activities to influence senior management, program, and project managers to deliver the program with maximum success.
