Responding to significant business growth and client demand, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our existing in-house Portfolio Administration team. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Administration, you will be working closely with our advisory teams to ensure that investment initiatives are implemented and executed proficiently and methodically.
The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Drawing up off market and cash transfer requests and arranging client signaturesUpdating Trustee and Director details in client holdings and bank accountsOrganising to open new broking and bank accounts for clientsUpdating the CRM databaseMaintaining accurate records within Praemium including, but not limited to;share trading accountsexternal platform investmentsinternational cash & tradesdividend & distribution paymentsCoordinating Corporate ActionsLiaising with third party service providersGeneral ad hoc administrative tasks Skills and Experience We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to:
