Vinova are looking for a driven Project Development Manager to join an exciting global business. You'll be at the forefront, driving utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid projects from concept to completion, with a focus on environmental and planning approvals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project development, including site assessments, environmental impact studies, and approvals.
Collaborate with planning authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships, delivering projects ready for construction.
Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging with regulatory bodies and participating in industry groups.
Develop project proposals, reports, and presentations to secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the project pipeline.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years' experience in renewable energy (solar, storage, or hybrid projects).
Expertise in securing Development and Environmental Approvals across multiple Australian states.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical knowledge of environmental regulations, biodiversity policies, and risk management.
Proven ability to navigate the full project life cycle from origination to operation.
Experience mentoring and developing junior talent.
