Access the National Relay Service About the roleDeliver high level clinical pharmacy services within the Cancer Care Unit and Renal Dialysis Unit as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health. Be part of a team that actively contributes to patient safety by following policies, procedures and protocols of the North West Hospital and Health Service. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.Interested?
