Job Summary: Pharmacist and become a frontline healthcare hero.Generous and highly competitive rate, including great penalties for evening shifts.About You: You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your colleagues.Desire work-life balance and a flexible work environment - Flexible roster.Seeking an easy commute, free onsite parking, and friendly faces.To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.The Role: Be part of the future of Community Pharmacy as a leader in health delivery services.Prepare prescriptions accurately and in compliance with the highest healthcare standards, while also developing your staff members.Provide active counselling and guidance to customers on prescribed and over-the-counter medications, as well as their medical conditions through our Care Clinics.Uphold QCPP and relevant policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.Ensure that displays and shelves are clean and neat and presentation standards maintained.Coordinate stock movement from storage areas and placed on shelves.Monitor, order and replenish stock as required in collaboration with the Stock Controller.Prepare prescriptions in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, including confirming the accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by non-pharmacists.Assist in the provision of Dose Administration Aids, including confirming the accuracy of DAAs packed by non-pharmacists.Practice in accordance with legislation and professional guidelines.Ensure that prescriptions are accepted for dispensing in a timely way as per pharmacy procedure.Counsel consumers on their medication (both prescription and over-the-counter products) in an up-to-date, evidence-based manner.Collaborate and maintain relationships with local health professionals.Perform simple extemporaneous compounding on request.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
