In this role you will: Coordinate the daily tasks of Personal Care Workers and conduct buddy shifts.Ensure the provision of personal care and medication assistance to residents.Participate in the development and review of resident care plans and documentation.Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents.Support a comfortable, safe and secure environment.Undertake food handling and meal preparation.Complete tasks as delegated by Registered Nurses.Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.About you and what you can bring To be successful, you will have a compassionate nature and enjoy building relationships with residents.
