As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will deliver both operational and strategic HR advice and support across a range of areas such as workforce planning, performance management, issue resolution, HR programs, and policy.
You will enjoy partnering closely with the senior leaders of your dedicated client group to consistently drive a sustainable and high-performance culture through the implementation of new initiatives that build performance to support our people and business objectives.

About You
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with substantial experience working within People Partnering who has a passion for people, driving organisational change, and making a difference.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment, excel at strategic HR initiatives, and are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, this role is for you.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need a high-level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, and practices.
Proven experience in implementing client-focused human resource strategies and managing HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with stakeholders in a proactive, positive, and constructive manner.
Solutions-focused and a strategic thinker, you will have the ability to influence change and deliver outcomes for the people of NSW.
