Job Scope: The People Experience Partner is responsible for executing the People Experience strategy and operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer-oriented service for employees and managers to create a positive and productive work environment. The role requires a broad understanding of HR best practices, HR Operations, and Employee Relations and the ability to support both employees and management in various HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities: Implements globally key Human Resources processes related to the employee's lifecycle, such as HR Operations, Performance Management, and Talent Management, among other key HR processes from remote locations in-country and out-of-country. Provides advisory services to employees and managers on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Partner with business line and functional Leadership Business Partners in executing HR and business initiatives. Proactively seeks and resolves issues that involve employees, their leaders, and the union (where applicable). Recommend and suggest improvements in productivity through process reviews, innovations, and new technologies including identifying automation and shared services opportunities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, support meetings with unions and collective bargaining agreements as required (and when applicable). Drives operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPIs, SLAs, and goals execution, and looking for constant improvement. Promote a culture of safety. Detail-oriented and accurate in work. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances, escalating as necessary. Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Educate employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment and claims issues. Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and make recommendations for policy updates as needed. Ensure that HR policies are consistently applied across the organization. What you bring: Good experience in HR, as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment responsible for Employee Relations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or other country-specific HR Certification. Advanced English communication skills. Good understanding of HR best practices and designated country employment laws. Workday HRIS Systems experience. Proactive. Problem-Solving. Customer Service.
