Lendlease is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to process the Australia payroll.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, Australia, you will support the delivery of payroll processing including systems, services, and activities to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries and maintenance of related records to comply with organisational and legal/statutory requirements.
Your key operational responsibilities include:
Processing and reviewing payrollEnsuring all payrolls are compliant and in line with legislation and regulationEnsuring all payrolls are per the Lendlease policiesProviding guidance and support to the onshore and offshore teamsProviding payroll support and consulting to People & Culture and the businessThe role will also support strategic initiatives including process improvements and enhanced governance. You will also be required to provide SME support and participate in adhoc payroll-related projects when required.
To be successful in the role, you will have significant payroll experience. Experience in using Preceda (Payroll system), Workday (HR system), and Kronos (Time & Attendance system) is preferred but not mandatory. Your experience will include processing 1,000+ headcount covering both salaried and waged employees.
You will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with an onshore and offshore team. You will display a high level of initiative, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced matrix environment, and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes.
You will have an excellent eye for detail, as well as strong organizational skills with an ambitious and proactive attitude towards your work. Your personal skills will be complemented by a customer service approach and the ability to reliably deliver quality outcomes in a timely manner.
