Senior Payroll Analyst

Your responsibilities will include conducting a gap analysis to benchmark best practices, identifying control measures, highlighting opportunities, and developing a scoping document.ProfileYou should have a solid payroll background, particularly with mid to large-sized organisations. Previous experience working on payroll projects is preferred, as is a passion for driving project initiatives. Strong payroll analysis and reporting skills, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential. Experience with payroll systems or transformation projects will be a plus. You must be organized and methodical in your work, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
