The Role:Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal support to Legal team and the wider business in the areas of lease and landlord management across the facilities, marketing and finance departments.The position is based in our Centre Support Office in the Brisbane CBD.Some of your key responsibilities include:Landlord and Lease ManagementProvide high level support with Family Law and Litigation mattersProvide high level support with Acquisitions and Divestments mattersWork closely with Finance team regarding the review of lease agreements, landlord charges and credit applicationsGeneral assistance with Legal MattersIdeally you will have:Minimum 3 years paralegal work experience or similarLegal Qualification / Business Administration qualificationsExperience working within frameworks of regulatory complianceAnalytical skillsWhy work for Affinity?Affinity Education Group (AEG) is a leading early education and childcare provider, currently operating more than 230 centres across Australia, and over 6,000 staff.
