Senior Legal Assistant

Boutique Family Law Firm seeks a Family Law Legal Assistant. Supporting a Director. Work from home 1 day a week.

The Role As a Family Law Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a Director and a Solicitor. Your duties will include:
Liaising with clientsDictation of court documents (using Bighand) and correspondenceDiary managementDrafting correspondencePreparation of briefs to counselDrafting court documents and disclosuresGeneral administration duties You You will have a minimum of 5 years legal assistant experience, some in the Family Law area. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

The Firm/ Salary Well established boutique Family Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 20. Friendly and professional team that encourage work/life balance. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($85,000 to $95,000 including Super). You can also work from home 1 day a week after training.
