Senior Outreach Pharmacist

Position: Senior Outreach Pharmacist
Location: Roma, South West Hospital and Health Service
The role of the Senior Outreach Pharmacist is to deliver a high level of evidence-based clinical pharmacy services to facilities located in the South West District that do not have a dedicated Pharmacy department.
Delivery of the role will be based on current Best Practice Guidelines and in alignment with district and unit goals, to our patients/consumers.
This position may require travel across the South West Hospital and Health Service and overnight stays away from the base location may be required.
