This position is to be based in Roma, but work arrangements within SWHHS may be considered for this role.

The role of the Senior Outreach Pharmacist of the South West Hospital and Health Service is to deliver a high level of evidence-based clinical pharmacy services to facilities located in the South West District that do not have a dedicated Pharmacy department. Delivery of the role will be based on current Best Practice Guidelines and in alignment with district and unit goals, to our patients/consumers.
This position may require travel across the South West Hospital and Health Service, and overnight stays away from the base location may be required.
