Senior Organisational Change Manager required for an intial 6 months day rate contract with our client in Financial Services. This is a Brisbane based opportunity with hybrid working week.
Make a real impact on the people side of change and support in the creation of change mangement strategies and plans to influence employee adoption and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational change. Identify key stakeholders across the organization and establish effective communication channels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the organization's readiness for change, identifying potential barriers and resistance factors. Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and proactively manage risks throughout the change process. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. Develop communication plans to ensure timely and transparent dissemination of information related to change initiatives. Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts and track progress towards achieving desired outcomes. Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to mitigate adverse impacts on operations and customer service. Monitor and manage risks throughout the change lifecycle, adapting strategies as needed to minimize disruption. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, human resources, operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with existing processes and systems. Continuously evaluate and refine change management processes and methodologies based on industry best practices, feedback from stakeholders, and lessons learned from previous initiatives.
Key Requirements
Strong proven Organisational Change Management experience within the Financial Services Industry Superior communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate Exposure to a variety of change management with business processes/ systems / technology / organisation structure. Ability to coach and support employees through changes
