The position is pivotal in the protection of the natural capital of the State including native vegetation, protected flora and fauna, Aboriginal objects and places.About YouAs Senior Operations Leader, you will lead the implementation of a robust and credible compliance, audit and regulation programs within the region that will ensure the delivery of best practice regulation and outcomes that are consistent with policy and statutory requirements.You will be required to undertake a range of compliance-related activities including desktop assessments, reviewing agreements, engaging stakeholders, issuing statutory notices, conducting interviews and gathering evidence with a view to determining responses that are timely, fair, proportionate and consistent with statutory requirements.
