Full Time PositionNew year commencement in JanuaryLeading aged care provider with genuine career progressionThis role is supporting our Townsville residence and some travel is required to this site from time to timeAbout the role: Experienced Senior Nurse Manager who will also offer relief Management and Clinical Manager roles as requiredDemonstrated experience in project management to ensure optimal performance of existing teamsAssist Residence Manager and others in preparation for accreditation visits by the quality agencyThe provision of guidance, direction, and clinical support to team members in residential careProvide clear communication, and demonstrate strong leadership skills in order to assist various teams across our residences in the designated Sunshine Coast portfolioDisplay servant leadership, to the internal customers (Residence Manager, team members, clients) as an effective member of the State Operational Management Team.Assist in supporting the direction and oversight of best practice clinical care ensuring Arcare Services are compliant against Commonwealth and State Legislation and the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.Essential: Registered Nurse (AHPRA)Previous operational and/or clinical management experience in Residential Aged Care SectorCurrent Qld Driver's LicenseAccess to a fully maintained comprehensive insured motor vehicle as travel between Services is requiredSuccessful applicant will be required to be triple COVID Vaccinated as an inherent requirement of the roleAll applicants are required to have an NDIS clearanceRight to work in AustraliaWhat Arcare are offering: Arcare aged care residences provide the highest quality of care including dementia support with our award-winning dedicated staffing modelCommitment to supporting and valuing the wellbeing and contributions of all those involved in the caring relation environmentYou will be provided with flexibility, on-the-job training, and excellent employment conditionsAn opportunity to transfer with one of the largest growing private residential aged care providers in Australia with 53 residences throughout Victoria, NSW, and QueenslandOngoing career development opportunitiesSenses Framework to ensure staff are supported in personally meaningful goalsReady to Apply Our people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus on working together as one team.
