Senior Medical Receptionists & Practice Supervisor

Senior Medical Receptionist & Practice Supervisor GP practice requiring exceptional medical receptionist to join its busy practice. Experience and flexibility essential.
The centre opens 7 days excluding Public Holidays.
The role requires (but is not limited to):
Patient management - welcoming, prioritising and appointment scheduling 2ic to Practice Manager Liaison with Doctors, Practice Manager and RNs Medicare, DVA and private billing Incoming & outgoing mail & accurate scanning Management of patient electronic records Accounts and receipting Cleanliness and restocking of consult rooms & surgery Experience & attributes:
Previous medical reception experience Flexibility of availability for all shifts Fast, accurate computer skills (Best Practice experience would be highly regarded) Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail & work under pressure Desire to learn new skills e.g sterilising, cosmetic services etc Professional, well-presented image A positive attitude and lots of energy Past Best Practice Software experience is an added advantage.
