Experience and flexibility essential.The centre opens 7 days excluding Public Holidays.The role requires (but is not limited to):Patient management - welcoming, prioritising and appointment scheduling2ic to Practice ManagerLiaison with Doctors, Practice Manager and RNsMedicare, DVA and private billingIncoming & outgoing mail & accurate scanningManagement of patient electronic recordsAccounts and receiptingCleanliness and restocking of consult rooms & surgeryExperience & attributes:Previous medical reception experienceFlexibility of availability for all shiftsFast, accurate computer skills (Best Practice experience would be highly regarded)Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail & work under pressureDesire to learn new skills e.g sterilising, cosmetic services etcProfessional, well-presented imageA positive attitude and lots of energyPast Best Practice Software experience is an added advantage.
