This role focuses on providing strategic and specialist guidance throughout the project and program lifecycle, specifically targeting transformational change aimed at achieving strategic goals.The successful candidate will lead the refinement and adoption of TACs project management framework, ensuring that our portfolio of initiatives not only deliver operational excellence but also enhance the experience for clients, providers and employees whilst fostering a positive impact on the Victorian community.About the TeamJoining the Enterprise Transformation division means becoming part of a dynamic and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks and their adoption that facilitate the seamless delivery of programs aligned with organisational strategic priorities.Stakeholder Engagement & InfluenceHighly developed interpersonal skills are essential within this role, regularly interacting with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to influence, negotiate and maintain collaborative relationships is crucial for providing insights and ensuring project governance and assurance are achieved with transparency.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLeadership capabilities are crucial for this position.
