Providing expert advisory services to businesses and government facing complex challenges in this dynamic marketplace across three pillars: Strategy & Transformation People Advisory Services Sustainability Consulting As a Senior Manager - Sustainability Reporting, you will support this growing and dynamic team, providing technical advice and guidance on the latest climate-change reporting standards and legislation with a focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). With the opportunity to drive business development, build networks and relationships across the expanding sustainability reporting market, you will bring your existing knowledge of global reporting standards and climate-related insights to clients. This pivotal role will have a major impact on the team's growth and development, playing a key role in mentoring and guiding junior team members, both existing and future hires. About You Ability to interpret International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) Demonstrated experience in climate-change and sustainability reporting, GRI, SASB, and other global standards and reporting frameworks. Eager to continually develop in-depth technical understanding of new sustainability topics Able to present on a technical topic, and articulate the issue and impact for our clients Experienced in delivering varied client engagements across energy & resources and government, and comfortable leading through ambiguity and complexity. Passionate, energetic, resilient, and possess a strong client focus. Qualified accountant with relevant experience; an MBA is advantageous but not essential. Experienced in managing and leading multiple engagements simultaneously with a small team of junior consultants.
