As a Senior Manager, Portfolio Optimisation, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our Customer Remediation portfolio. You'll be responsible for optimising workforce and financial management to ensure we deliver exceptional outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Customer Remediation Portfolio Directors, Program Delivery Leads, Service and Operations Directors, and Team Leaders, to understand their needs to align capacity with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Workforce Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet evolving business demands. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored workforce solutions. Performance Reporting: Create insightful dashboards and reports to track workforce performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Financial Management: Own the financial management forecast and implement strategies to optimise costs and maximise value. What do I need? Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of resource and workforce initiatives. A deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape and its impact on workforce requirements. A passion for optimising business operations and driving efficient solutions. Strong analytical skills to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make data-driven decisions.
