This role will report to the Head of Business Risk, Compliance and Assurance within Wealth and Personal Banking.
You will act as a leader within the WPB business, projecting a professional and competent image in line with HSBC's values and behaviours.Your main responsibilities will include:Monitoring and reporting on risk exposure across the business, ensuring accurate and timely submissions of regulatory reporting where required.Oversight of new Regulatory policies and procedures as a subject matter SME to identify and support management of associated risks.Identify, assess, and manage non-financial risks, including operational, reputational, and compliance risks.Promote and reinforce all WPB non-financial risk role-holders to ensure sound processes are in place to minimize Non-Financial risk in WPB business and form adequate control in the "First Line of Defence."Evaluate and enhance existing processes and controls.
