Resolve client escalations efficiently and work with Team Leaders on service excellence. Support monthly client & Insurer forums and participate in performance discussions. Provide strong leadership to direct reports to drive service delivery excellence. Champion ongoing support and development for Insurance & Claims administration teams. Collaborate with HoA on resourcing and recruitment needs. Model a commitment to evolving our risk culture. Own and manage GROW spend with fiscal responsibility.
