The sort of things you will do include:
Develop and deliver dynamic business plans and systems of work that are customer centric and drive the achievement of high quality organisation outcomes.
Maintain awareness of regional trends, developments and sector changes and manage the business closely to develop and deliver employee focussed initiatives.
Contribute to the delivery of whole-organisation projects, particularly as they relate to people, aligned to our long term strategies.

Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in navigating the evolving landscape of workforce challenges and opportunities, ensuring our responses are both contemporary and effective.

In this pivotal position, you'll maintain a strategic vision whilst leading the full scope of the human resources agenda with passion and precision.
You'll oversee key portfolios, ensuring the consistent application of best practices in people management, and prepare our workforce for future changes and growth.

You'll provide expert guidance to senior executive and business leaders, offering valuable advice on HR trends, industrial relations, risk management, and complex issues.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in a senior human resources leadership role, ideally with a strong community focus.
A values-driven approach, with a commitment to promoting fairness and equitable treatment for all.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
A passion for driving positive outcomes for employees and the people we support.
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, work health and safety, risk management and industrial relations.
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality.
