The Role This role will be responsible for driving Blinq's growth strategy and operational execution to scale the business efficiently. The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations is part of the growth leadership team and is critical in aligning the company's product-led strategy with the growth strategy, ensuring that key decisions are data-driven and customer-centric. You will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to optimise the go-to-market and drive user and revenue growth. This is a hybrid role working from our Melbourne or Sydney locations. What you will do: Growth Strategy:Develop and execute go-to-market strategies (incl. product, channel, pricing) that drive user acquisition, expansion, and retention.Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives in partnership with product, sales and marketing teams.Conduct market and competitive research to inform our growth strategy.Incubation:Design and oversee pilot programs to test new ideas leading the execution of new pilots from ideation to commercialisation.Develop the go-to-market strategies for successfully incubated products and manage the transition from pilot phase to full-scale operations.Operational Excellence:Oversee the implementation of operational processes that support the Growth model, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Identify and address operational bottlenecks, optimising processes to enhance user experience and business outcomes.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilise data analytics to track key metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.Develop and monitor KPIs that align with the Growth strategy, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.Leadership & Team Management:Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Operations team.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the team.Manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.What we look for in you:7+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or business operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with at least 2 years in a people management role.Proven track record of successfully implementing growth strategies in a SaaS environment.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex, data-driven projects.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.Strong leadership skills, along with an optimistic, energetic, and persistent approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.And here's what we offer: As an early member of the Blinq family, you'll enjoy a one-of-a-kind chance to influence the company's direction in a dynamic, self-managed, and results-driven startup environment.
