Find out more about ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions here.The opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Deals, Senior Manager to oversee our group deals sales department and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. As the Group Deals Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Your responsibilities include:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Group Deals business growth and increase revenueOversee a Group Deals Manager and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team performance and successEstablish and maintain relationships with key franchise groups, associations, industry bodies to drive business opportunities and growthAnalyze market data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market demandsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for Group Deals initiativesManage and optimize the Group Deals end-to-end value chain (offer, onboarding, service, etc) to improve user experience and drive salesForecast sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goalsMonitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activitiesSkills we need:Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growthStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales teamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and drive business growthExperience in e-commerce, group deals, or retail sales is a plusKnowledge of sales management techniques, customer relationship management, and sales forecastingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales and CRM softwareEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or related fieldBenefits:At Worldline we work in a flexible environment that empowers you to learn, grow and accelerate your career.
