If you're someone who thrives on leadership, aligns with Westpac's values, and enjoys making a meaningful impact, this role might be the perfect fit.
As Senior Manager, you'll provide critical advice to Technology and Operations Leaders, including Westpac's Chief Information Officer, helping them evaluate potential risks and exposures within Group Tech.

Your ability to draft management reports for formal governance forums will be key, as you'll need to ensure the right information is delivered to the right people for informed decision-making.
You'll also work alongside project and operational teams to ensure that technology solutions are designed with minimal risk.
Leading strategic initiatives to enhance the risk service offering and further develop risk and compliance management for the Group will be a core part of your mission.
As a leader, you'll coach others in your team and key stakeholders, all while continuously learning to deepen your expertise in risk management practices and industry trends.
