Our Financial Planning and Analysis team sits within the Macquarie Asset Management Group and supports the business execute its strategy while investing to deliver positive outcomes for our clients, portfolio companies, and communities. What role will you play?
You will be responsible for assisting senior management in managing and controlling Macquarie Asset Management's costs, to ensure alignment with business objectives. With an offshore team of 4 supporting, you will:
Prepare and present cost-related reports to senior management.
Identify and implement cost control measures across the business function.
Maintain and update the business functions expense policies.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across the group, such as COOs and business managers to ensure cost compliance.
What you offer
9+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or cost management and reporting.
A natural collaborator who can initiate and lead conversations with stakeholders across the Macquarie Group.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improved performance.
Sound understanding and ability to communicate business performance across a range of key financial metrics.
Experience in policy management viewed favourably.
