Currently experiencing a period of significant growth, the team consists of two business services tax partners, two other managers, accountants, and administrators. They are seeking a Business Services Manager to join during this exciting time.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Business Services Manager, you will:With support from Partners, be responsible for a portfolio of fees.Provide clients with expert strategic advice, innovative solutions, and excellent service.Review compliance documents, including Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for all types of entities.Engage in tax planning, transactions, succession, and some International Tax.Oversee and review work completed by junior staff, developing their skills and providing support.ABOUT YOUThe firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:6+ years of demonstrated experience in a Public Practice Accounting firm, including 1-3 years in a managerial position.Strong leadership skills, confident and able to delegate work effectively and provide helpful feedback.Proactive nature, deadline-focused, and target-driven.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Keenness to progress with the firm; equity is available.BENEFITSEquity for the right person.Part-time 3 days per week option available, or full-time.Competitive salary package.Free parking.End-of-trip facilities, showers, and lockers.Building provides free yoga, pilates, and tennis.
