The Technology Solutions & Data team, a newly formed group, is pivotal in driving Mutual Trust's technology transformation and innovation. We work across all areas of the business to improve technology systems and processes to deliver enhanced outcomes for the firm.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced technology strategy and delivery lead. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in delivering diverse technology-driven projects end-to-end and excels at interpreting business needs into effective system designs. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology Solutions & Data, you will play a key role in leading our strategic technology and process improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on, senior delivery role. As part of a small, agile team, you'll take ownership of and manage all aspects of technology projects.
Key Responsibilities Technology & Project Leadership: Scope, plan and deliver technology projects across the entire lifecycle, ensuring integration with and evolving our technology strategy and roadmap.Improvement Analysis: Conduct requirement, process, and root-cause analysis to assess system improvement opportunities.System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new systems, including system selection and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead improvement projects, enhancing the effectiveness of existing systems and technologies.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.About You
This role would suit a seasoned Management Consultant with a strong background in technology strategy and transformation, looking to make a real impact by transitioning into an in-house leadership role.
You have:
5-10 years' experience working in project-based environments, with a focus on technology and business analysis.A minimum of 5 years' experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to technology projects.A strong ability to scope and deliver projects independently, while engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with teams.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and document complex systems and business processes.A passion for process optimisation and problem-solving, with a strong understanding of business-driven technology solutions.Culture & Benefits
