Role
You will join a high performing team taking responsibility for the in-house legal function. Responsibilities will include:
Management of commercial disputes.
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Management of compliance.
Provision of ER/IR advice.
Managing, coaching and mentoring the team.
Advising internal stakeholders on intellectual property law.
Ensuring internal contracts and policies are updated.
While employment law experience is necessary, you will have general corporate/commercial experience and compliance expertise. You will enjoy the muti faceted nature of this role and the ability to utilise your commercial acumen. The ability to lead, influence and motivate a team will be second nature, as is your positive approach to a busy workload and strong team ethic.
