Work as a part of a highly experienced Lease Administration team on one of CBRE's major strategic accounts Provide comprehensive lease administration for a premium commercial portfolio  Sydney CBD – Flexible Working Options As the Senior Lease Administrator, you will: Manage the delivery of contracted lease administration services for several client teams, a significant off-site portfolio or a regional office servicing a larger number of accounts. Undertake the administration of the lease obligations and general lease compliance.Reviewing various lease agreements to identify tenancy requirements and effectively manage all billings including recurring recoverable charges associated with property expenses.work as a team with other Senior Lease Administrators and provide guidance and support to others in the team. The Opportunity: Work with a high performing property management function.Work collaboratively within the Lease Administration team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile leases.Examine executed leases and other tenancy documentation for data extraction, set up and maintenance in Yardi Voyager.Accountable for all tenant specific details including but not limited to all tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews.Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system.Liaise with key stakeholders on any tenancy lease incentives and administer that component of the incentive granted to a tenant as required.Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss complex Lease set ups, ensuring that all the information is provided and recorded in the system.Complete tenant account reconciliations. About you: Engaged and driven with a passion for property and a can-do attitude.KPI driven and motivated to hit weekly targets.An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation desirable.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in a property lease administration position is preferred but not essential.
