defence of personal injury claims across general liability, product liability, public liability .Prepare evidence and draft court documents, as well as attend Courts.The ideal candidate:Senior Lawyer with 5 + PQE , with proven experience in defendant insurance.A law degree from an accredited

Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.Excellent drafting skills & meticulous attention to detail.Highly autonomous, capable of handling your own carriage of files.A team player, with ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.If this role does not align to your experience and/or career goals,
