As a Senior Consultant in our Integrated Legal Solutions (ILS) team, you will:
Work with Managers in leading the supervision and delivery of ILS services

Prepare cost estimates for legal teams and clients

Contribute to the development of new ideas and service lines. Develop what a potential new offering could look like

Ensure that matters are managed and delivered in accordance with scope, cost estimate and matter budgets

Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic projects across all streams as required

Proactively identify and address any performance issues and work with team members to address

Consult and engage directly with Partners and clients to scope matters and to provide legal technology guidance and expertise

Support the Legal Technology Managers, manage utilisation and capacity of team members to ensure billable benchmarks are met.

Build strong working relationships with Partners and senior lawyers, across offices

About you
This role suits individuals with skills in legal technology, project management, data analysis, communicating technical solutions to non-technical audiences, and aligning business objectives to work output.
You will have:
A strong background in information management, information technology, project management and/or law

Broad experience across legal technology, experience in litigation eDiscovery or corporate due diligence is advantageous

Deep experience using Nuix, Relativity, Reveal and similar systems

Advanced skills in data analysis and manipulation

Ability to manage large scale projects with a proactive approach

Excellent leadership, communication and consulting skills and experience in communicating technical issues and outcomes to a non-technical audience

An ability to manage a team of 5 or more people of varying experience and skill levels

Good working knowledge of practice groups and industry best practice around the use of and adoption of technologies in legal workflows

Well-developed verbal/written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to ensure effective interaction at all levels

A degree or equivalent experience in legal information management, information technology, computer science or law

A willingness to establish a professional profile and network and build effective working relationships

A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing knowledge and experiences
