Senior It Specialist

One of Australia's leading renewable energy companies is looking to hire a Senior IT Specialist to join their Corporate IT Team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Senior IT Specialist will take ownership of Level 2/3 IT Support, both face to face and remote, within a fully Azure environment. The successful candidate will bring a lot of energy, hunger, and drive to the team and will play a pivotal part in a fast-growing company.

What you will be doing: Providing day-to-day End User Support (L1-3)Provide technical leadership across the Azure / M365 stackDemonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills within Azure & M365Help train and mentor junior engineersEnsure that incidents are resolved within ITIL frameworks and according to SLAsBuild strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholdersWork with the wider team to implement IT initiativesWhat you will need to succeed: At least 5+ years' experience in IT SupportA solid technical background in MS stack – Office 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePointExperience setting up and supporting AV including Teams or Logitech video conferencesBasic Networking fundamentalsExperience with being a 'go to' IT Support person in the officeProven experience working to SLAsUnderstanding of ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem ManagementPrevious experience mentoring/training junior engineersExcellent communication skillsIf you think you are a great fit for the role and you are interested in a confidential chat, then please APPLY now!
