Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager the Senior IT Specialist will take ownership of Level 2/3 IT Support, both face to face and remote, within a fully Azure environment.
The successful candidate will bring a lot of energy, hunger and drive to the team and will play a pivotal part in a fast growing company.
What you will be doing: Providing day-to-day End User Support ( L1-3 ) Provide technical leadership across the Azure / M365 stack Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills wihtin Azure & M365 Help train and mentor junior engineers Ensure that incidents are resolved within ITIL frameworks and according to SLAs Build strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders Work with the wider team to implement IT initiatives  What you will need to succeed: At least 5+ years' experience in IT Support A solid technical background in MS stack – Office 365, AzureAD/EntraID, Intune, Teams, Sharepoint Experience setting up and supporting AV including Teams or Logitech video conferences Basic Networking fundamentals Experience with being a 'go to' IT Support person in the office Proven experience working to SLA's Understanding of ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management Previous experience mentoring / training junior engineers Excellent communication skills If you think you are a great fit for the role and you are interested in a confidential chat then please APPLY now!
