Help us in the planning, designing and implementation of supporting IT services to meet the needs of John Holland.Are you up for the challenge?We are looking for a talented Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team based out of the state-of-the-art Flinders Gate office in Melbourne.
This role will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and improve efficiency within John Holland.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture team, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality and innovative ServiceNow solutions.About the RoleServiceNow Development Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including custom scripts, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Utilise ServiceNow best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate proactively in agile ceremonies including stand-up meetings, story grooming sessions and team retrospectives Own and lead troubleshooting issues identifying the root cause and working with developers / architect to address issues in a timely manner as required ServiceNow Administration Manage ServiceNow instances, including user administration, security configuration, and system upgrades.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Integration Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
Develop and maintain integration workflows and data mappings.
Problem Solving Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Innovation Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance ServiceNow capabilities About YouThis position will see you holding a ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification.
You will have substantial experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Developer, configuring core ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, and SAM.
You have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and best practices and experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Your knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies and DevOps practices, coupled with your experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools, will see you succeed in the role.
You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and enjoy working collaboratively, fostering effective strategic relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally.As part of the team, you help us deliver on our promise to transform lives.Your success is reflected in ours.
