About the Role As the Senior Integration Project Manager, you will provide leadership and project management to ensure the acceptance of critical technical integration configuration states to enable the successful completion of Cross River Rail. You will Interface with key project stakeholders including Queensland Government agencies, internal project teams, and contractors to lead configuration state management and drive collaboration to achieve strategic contractual outcomes within governance frameworks. Key to your success will be the successful management of integration risk and opportunities, issue resolution frameworks, and progressive assurance change management processes.
Reporting to the Integration Program Manager and as part of the Integrated Delivery Team, this opportunity is offered as a contract until March 2026 with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the delivery partners, CRRDA, Queensland Rail and other stakeholders to project manage best for program outcomes, including strategic management of risk, opportunity, issue and change management for all route to acceptance and assurance activities. Project manage the identification, documentation, scoping, plan and active implementation of project activities to optimise outcomes and provide clear pathways for execution. Develop and execute mitigation measures and solutions in consideration of an integrated target schedule to optimise timeframes and overall program Provide strategic advice and seek subject matter expertise in collaboration with commercial and technical teams to enable efficient resolution of issues. Preparation of project plans, including strategic outcomes, and ensure efficient escalation for decision with governance frameworks. Facilitate and provide input for integration working groups, ensuring transparent communication across all parties. Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Advisors and Project Coordinators. About You: Proven experience in project management of integrated multi-disciplinary teams, consultants and contractors on major projects, preferably in rail infrastructure. Highly developed communication and relationship management capabilities enabling effective engagement in the execution of contract administration, governance and assurance systems. Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in providing clear and concise written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to produce clearly articulated briefings and reports. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
