Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) OneSchool Global is one of the world's largest, truly global schools, with over 9000 students, 125 campuses and 2000 staff operating across 20 countries.

About the Opportunity The Human Resources Partner plays a pivotal role in helping build and sustain an engaged, high-performing workforce, providing coaching and HR expertise to leaders and employees.

You will be responsible for supporting several school campuses across a defined geographic region, collaborating closely with senior leaders, and offering proactive guidance to maximize employee performance and engagement.

You will be required on occasion to travel to your designated campuses to attend to HR matters and proactively develop and maintain relationships.
All travel costs will be covered by the business.

Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day advice and support to Senior Educational Leadership Teams in all aspects of human resources management, performance, and coaching.
Leading global and regional HR initiatives and projects, contributing to the OSG Pillars of success that include developing a High Performance Culture.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to actively support OSG hiring requirements to source high-caliber talent.
Actively partnering with staff and leaders to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement to staff engagement and performance.
Developing, evolving, and maintaining regular monthly reports and dashboards covering key people priorities for campuses and departments.
Coaching and supporting leaders to manage employee relations issues in line with school policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
Leading and reporting on workforce planning and budgeting processes in conjunction with State and National Leadership.
Recommending and implementing improvement initiatives relating to HR policies, processes, and systems with a view to positive staff experience.
Keeping abreast of and understanding relevant legislation to enable effective staff relations and compliance.
About You Demonstrate a coaching HR leadership style with experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
