This requires an HR Generalist/Consultant that is fully across the end-to-end HR/recruitment lifecycle. Supporting a dedicated team of HR personnel that also includes Communities, you will lead the team to deliver operational outcomes, as well as taking a seat at the leadership table by supporting the Senior Managers. There are complexities that are specific to the organisation, including an emphasis on workplace safety, training, learning and development, community and stakeholder engagement and supporting and engaging with a large contingent of contracted workforce, all the while supporting a team of 170 plus people.Key responsibilities include:Developing trusted connections across all levels of the organisation to ensure access to strategic and operational HR insights.Support discussions around organisational design to drive our growth and innovation.Coaching leaders to foster workforce commitment, high performance, and alignment with our strategic goals.Partnering with leaders on performance reviews, performance management, and development plans.Collaborating with your team to develop and deliver new systems and programs to enhance the employee engagement experience.About you:You will have experience in complex operating environments (mining, construction or heavy industry would be a distinct advantage) and a strong track record of achieving impactful HR and business results. You'll bring a collaborative approach, a knack for creative problem-solving, and a passion for driving meaningful change.
