About the Client: A truly leading hospitality group renowned for their commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction. As the company is continuing to grow and expand, they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead the HR operations with a forward-thinking approach. Key Responsibilities: As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be responsible for: Managing HR operational and tactical functions with an innovative approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives at all levels of employment and structures. Driving performance cultures and workforce planning strategies to support the company's success. Leading and sharing talent acquisition efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and relationship management, including payroll relations. Establishing positive communication channels with individual hotel general managers and management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust. Continuously foster and guide a positive employee culture and experience, ensuring that performance metrics are integrated at every stage of the employment journey. Qualifications: Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within larger hospitality organisations. Expertise in driving performance cultures and aligning workforce planning with business objectives. Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse workforce and build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
