As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to both employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed.
Responsibilities: Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in alignment with industry best practices.Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all employees.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing HR knowledge and skills.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
