This unique Fly In, Fly Out (FIFO) opportunity offers 4 weeks on island followed by 4 weeks of respite —the perfect balance of work and recovery.

Strong HR knowledge and interpretation skills , including the ability to navigate and apply HR policies, employment laws, and regulations effectively. Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop the local HR team, promoting best practices. Commitment to building capability within our large local workforce. Exceptional communication skills at all levels within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
