About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team based at our Hendra head office. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will support the operational teams across our four businesses by; Delivering timely and accurate best practice HR advice, Providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders on a range of employment related matters Working with the teams on performance management and disciplinary issues Implementing learning and development programs Your Day Will Include Coaching and advising managers on HR matters, including recruitment and selection, performance management, complaint management and disciplinary matters Conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and legislative requirements. Providing accurate and timely advice in relation to industrial instruments such as Awards, Enterprise Agreement's and NES interpretation and implementation. Designing and implementing learning and development programs such as Leadership programs, succession planning, coaching and mentoring programs. Continuous improvement of the HRIS system and implementing the Performance Development module. Reviewing, updating and preparing HR documentation such as contracts, general letters, employee variations and responsibility statements. This role is best suited to someone with strong HR advisory and Learning and Development experience, who has a passion for partnering with and supporting operational teams. And a Bit About You Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be!
