Opportunity for a Snr HSE Advisor to run the safety on a $60m residential high rise on the Gold Coast for a Developer Builder with years of work ahead. We are working with one of the most active and exciting developer builders on the Gold Coast. The company directors have had a long standing relationship with the team at Intro Recruitment and we are excited to be their exclusive recruitment partner. As a result of their continued success and the quality of their product they have been given the green light to commence work on their $60m Main Beach development which is 29 stories of luxurious Gold Coast living. The team is in need of a Snr HSE Advisor that has experience working in a similar high rise construction environment. They consider their employees' health and safety their top priority and the successful candidate must have the ability to get the team on board when it comes to safety. You will have the ability to write, improve and implement the latest safety systems and best practices. Position To be successful in this role you will have recent experience working as an HSE Advisor in a mid or upper tier construction company. You will be organised and diligent with your paperwork and be up to date with your knowledge of HSE legislation. You will own your responsibilities and achieve timely milestones. You will be commercially savvy and you will have the technical experience to be able to drive productivity and efficiency as well as be willing to be hands on and proactive. You will have the ability to perform toolbox talks and perform site audits. Your Experience and Qualifications Must have 10+ years recent experience working for a commercial construction company Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike Diligent with your paperwork Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety Your Career In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with working for a leading company who offer an excellent remuneration package.
