Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing performance, overseeing employee relations, and handling complex case management issues. You will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture and resolve HR-related challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Lead the development and implementation of performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance to managers on performance appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment through proactive engagement and resolution strategies.
Case Management:
Manage complex HR cases including investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee exits. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices throughout the case management process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with senior leaders and managers to address HR needs, provide strategic advice, and implement effective solutions that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
Policy and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate changes effectively and provide training as needed.
Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving performance, employee relations, and overall HR effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and practices, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
About You:
Experience:
Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong background in performance management, employee relations, and case management.
Skills:
Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations issues, performance management processes, and case investigations. Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing and resolving HR challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Baseline defence clearance or ability to obtain.
